Fabulous vintage multi-color and multi-rhinestone paisley-shaped brooch. The beautiful array of stones is flanked by a textured scrolling border. Over the past couple of years jewelry made by ART has been called “Arthur Pepper.” This was the founder’s name and the company never called itself “Arthur Pepper.”
